The Arena is a flexible space that can be arranged to meet your needs and vision.
We are happy to suggest layouts that work best or, leave it entirely up to you and your event planning team.
For a one-off venue hire fee of $5,000 (plus GST) you get:

Up to 3 days of venue hire (including setting up and pulling down)

Safe and secure parking with bus access

Haupouri Station photo opportunities (helicopter take off / landing site included)

Personal friendly assistance and support from the Arena team including meetings leading up to the event and an on-call, on-site venue manager during your hire period
Please note: we don’t supply marquees or an event manager however, we can suggest a range of great local suppliers and event professionals if you need us to.
